My Favorite Book on Health – You Can Heal Your Life

I strongly believe that ‘Health’ should be the first priority in life. We should give utmost importance towards our own health and the health of our family members and relatives. It is health that is real wealth and not pieces of paper money, land and equities.

These… are the last words of the billionaire Steve Jobs:

I reached the pinnacle of success in the business world. In others’ eyes, my life is an epitome of success.

However, aside from work, I have little joy. In the end, wealth is only a fact of life that I am accustomed to.

At this moment, lying on the sick bed and recalling my whole life, I realize that all the recognition and wealth that I took so much pride in, have paled and become meaningless in the face of impending death….

Now I know, when we have accumulated sufficient wealth to last our lifetime, we should pursue other matters that are unrelated to wealth…

Should be something that is more important:
Perhaps relationships, perhaps art, perhaps a dream from younger days

Non-stop pursuing of wealth will only turn a person into a twisted being, just like me.

Material things lost can be found. But there is one thing that can never be found when it is lost – Life.

Whichever stage in life we are at right now, with time, we will face the day when the curtain comes down.

Treasure Love for your family, love for your spouse, and love for your friends.
Treat yourself well. Cherish others.

Top 7 Things to do to remain Healthy forever:-

1. Get up early in the morning and exercise regularly.

2. Eat healthy foods 90% of the times. And always have cheat days every week to boost and restore your will power so that we can re-focus on eating healthy food again.

3. Always be grateful for everything you have in life and this will reduce at least 80 % of your stress.

4. Forgive and forget people and bad experiences and live happily forever.

5. Read few books on Health and Happiness and have a heroic library of self-help books on various topics.

6. Spend quality time with your family, relatives, friends and this will give meaning to your life.

7. Pray God and the Universe for blessing you with good health and prosperity.
